A 14-year-old boy has been killed while riding a high-powered electric motorbike, just a few hundred metres from home in Melbourne’s northeast.
Within hours, other e-bike riders were hooning past mourners on the same stretch of road, where locals are pleading for a crackdown on the illegal devices.
