1)Climbing up the stairs⤵️
It’s a sign of low Vitamin D. It is essential to have a proper level of this vitamin as it is important for muscle contraction, and it’s deficiency makes it hard to lift the legs. It also causes poor calcium absorption, leading to bone discomfort, especially in the knees and legs. Moreover, without enough of it, body struggles to generate energy which makes even small activities like stair climbing feel exhausting.

2)Climbing down the stairs
It’s a sign of low knee cartilage. Climbing down the stairs puts higher stress on the knees than going up, making cartilage loss more noticeable as its role is to absorb the impact. Applying fenugreek paste daily can help with the same. Fenugreek contains polyphenols and flavonoids, which have anti inflammatory properties. It also has mucilage that retains moisture in joints, and antioxidants that protect cartilage cells from damage.

3)Standing⤵️
It’s a sign of inflammation in the joints. Inflammation makes the joints swollen, making it harder to straighten them when standing. Chronic inflammation can also weaken the muscles around the joints. Now, turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful anti inflammatory that reduces joint swelling and pain, and black pepper increases curcumin absorption by upto 2000%, along with the calcium and vitamin D from the milk.

4)Sitting⤵️
It could signal a risk of arthritis. When you sit, your hips, knees, and lower back bear constant pressure. If you have early arthritis, inflammation makes joints stiff and painful, making it hard to sit for long. Meanwhile, exercising keeps the joints lubricated, strengthens muscles, and improves the blood flow, all these prevent stiffness and lower joint stress.
