You can cycle from Wembley to Westminster on all quiet streets and protected cycle lanes, with a long stretch along the quieter bit of the canal tow path.
The ride takes about half an hour and takes in Brent's Wembley Central low traffic neighbourhood, Cycleway 6, Park Lane, and the Grand Union canal, as well as a new cycleway and bridge over the North Circular.
