Описание: Wallace’s Hawk-Eagle (Nisaetus nanus) is a rare and vulnerable bird of prey found in the tropical forests of Borneo, including Sabah in Malaysia, and parts of Indonesia such as Sumatra and Kalimantan. It is one of the smallest eagles in the world, measuring only about 46 cm in length, yet it is a powerful hunter adapted to dense forest habitats. The species is recognized by its rufous-buff head, a small black crest tipped with buff, pale throat streaked with black, and cream-colored underparts marked with bold black streaks and bars. Its wings are dark brown above, while the underwings show light brown inner feathers with dense black barring. In flight, the eagle displays two distinctive white tail bands. Juveniles are paler, with tawny-brown heads and less streaking. #birds #wildlife #photography #birding #birdwatching #shortvideo
