Welcome to my first full breakdown of the Kinetic Rain / Kinetic Rain of Impact Witch → Elementalist build for Path of Exile 3.27 – Keepers of the Flame!
This video covers the entire progression path — from leveling and gearing to pantheons, ascendancy choices, and passive trees.

We’re toying with Intelligence and Mana stacking for massive spell damage scaling and crit multiplier synergy. If you’re looking for a flexible, high-damage Elementalist setup that feels smooth from early maps to endgame, this guide’s for you.

POB is very scuffed, Kinetic rain anomalies as well as spell slinger abilities aren't supported in POB as well as some keystones like ghost dance. my gear is what I have on character at the moment with no uniques and very bad mods so there is so much room for improvement.
