Hello beautiful people! 😃 Welcome back to my channel! I put together a meal prep video for you of ALL the food I eat on a weekly basis (besides some of my protein sources, I only made chicken here). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
-Spaghetti Squash: 460F for 40-50min
-Sweet Potatoes: conventional oven at 450F for 80min
-Brussel Sprouts: 425F for 25min
-Mushrooms: sautéed for 8min
-Blanched Green Beans: bring to a boil with salt, boil for about 3min
-Sushi rice in instant pot: rinse the rice first! Then: 540 g Rice rinsed + 750 ml water. Click "pressure cook" for 4 min.
