Come along as I create an underpainting for the Encaustic Collage piece of art. This is a mixed media collage that I finish with Encaustic. Encaustic is made of beeswax, damar resin. Often pigments are added to create colors.
I've used plaster, rusty items, fabric, water color, india inks and more as I build up these pieces of art.
