This rare can be found in Revendreth it is called the Worldedege Gorger it drops a quest item called the Impressionable Gorger Spawn. Once this drops if you go to the Endmire the impressionable gorger will spawn giving you a seven day quest. Once you accept the quest you will have to travel around the endmire and collect certain items for the impressionable gorger once the items have been collected turn them into the gorger and he will eat them and grow. You do this for seven days and at the end of the week you will get a quest to kill a larger creature in the endmire and after the kill you will receive the Loyal Gorger Mount.
