Sensex Down 450 Points; Nifty Below 25,950; Rupee Sinks To 91/$ | CNBC TV18

Описание: Indian equity benchmark indices today were seen trading with a negative bias amid weakness in metal and financial shares.

According to latest market updates, the Sensex was at 84,757.11, down 456.25 points or 0.54 per cent and NSE Nifty50 quoted 25,891.6, down 135.7 points or 0.52 per cent.

Axis Bank and Eternal were the top losers among the Sensex 30 shares, down up to 4 per cent. Tata Steel, Bharat Electronics, HCLTech, Infosys, Sun Pharma, Bajaj Finserv and Reliance Industries were the other major losers, down over 1 per cent each. On the other hand, Titan and Bharti Airtel gained around 1 per cent each.
