Q3 Class 13 has great music, but the movements were not challenging nor inspirational to my team and I. This comparison is slightly different as I instruct some 'base' and 'low' to demonstrate form. Note the significant differences in technique, theme, and intensity.
Movements influenced from Muay Thai martial arts.
