We set out on a road trip through the Scottish Highlands, exploring remote roads, quiet glens, ancient castles and some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the UK. But as the days passed and winter tightened its grip on the mountains, the conditions began to turn.
What started as a peaceful winter adventure slowly became something else entirely — as we found ourselves driving straight into Storm Goretti, one of the biggest snowstorms to hit Scotland in years.
This film tells the full story of our two week road trip through the Highlands. From the first ferry crossing and quiet coastal roads, to frozen beaches, empty mountain passes, and the moment the storm finally arrived.
