Imran Khan says that there are people who corrupt the system and people who are corrupted by the system. The ones who corrupt must be held accountable. By putting in place a system of decentralisation processes of payment become easier and chances of corruption decrease due to less people being involved. He states that anyone in leadship I.E. Parliament party's must declare their assets and it should be put on their website. Hiding assets in other peoples name should be made illegal and if anyone is caught all assets will be confisticated and put towards education.
