Late winter might look quiet in the garden, but there’s plenty to do! Today I’m soaking in the beauty of my hellebores — truly the glory of the late winter garden — before getting to work on a few important tasks. On the agenda: pruning wisteria, shaping up my Kindred Spirit oak, reworking a rock wall, and enjoying some beautiful weather. It’s still a little early to start moving plants around, but while most of the garden is dormant, it’s the perfect time to tackle pruning and make changes to hardscaping.
