Learn how to diy half circle skirt without zipper or an elastic.
A few weeks ago I showed you how to make a diy full circle skirt. Now I am doing a half circle skirt to show you the difference. The process is pretty much the same but the amount of fabric is different. Half circle skirt is much more practical in my opinion you still get the same look of the circle skirt but not a lot of fabric. The reason I like this skirt style is because when it's a windy day it's not going to get blown up like a full circle skirt would. Anyway I hope you like this tutorial. Have a great week my friends.
