This class was all about experiencing toxic in your life. No matter what it was. I want to start off by saying I am touched by the souls who came into my class this night and let their walls down. Striped bare. And aloud everyone and I in the room to listen to your story. We have all experienced pain, trauma, regret, guilt, sadness, anger etc. I'm honored I was able to give you space to let your hearts out. I think what we have overcome and who we are today is what makes us beautiful. I love that we could be there for one another. Watch these beautiful souls stories. They inspire me.
