Relax with nature sounds of cicadas, crickets, and a mountain breeze blowing through grass. We’ll meditate on the shores of a cloud lake in Aotearoa New Zealand. Put your headphones on to sit in one spot and experience what the outdoors have to offer. In this video, I hiked part way up the Rock and Pillar Range near Middlemarch, and sat as still as I could to see what would change. I am especially curious about whether the clouds would ripple and lap against the mountain like ripples on a shore.
