Bexar County, TX — July 31, 2024:
Authorities reported that a 38-year-old woman was seriously injured late Wednesday night following a minibike crash along the Acequia Park Trail near Southcross.
According to officials, the woman was riding a miniature motorbike around 11:15 p.m. when it reportedly lost control after entering a loose gravel section near the edge of the trail. The minibike was involved in a single-vehicle collision, and the rider sustained serious injuries. She was transported by EMS to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
Additional details, including the woman’s identity, have not yet been released as the investigation continues.
