*Ingredients
1. Minced garlic
2. Minced ginger
3. Minced green onion white part
4. Dried chili pepper
5. Bok choy
6. Salt
7. Soy sauce
8. MSG (optional)
9. Oyster sauce (optional)

*Cooking
1. Mince garlic and set aside.
2. Mince scallion whites and set aside.
3. Mince ginger and set aside.
4. Cut dried chili peppers into sections and set aside.
5. Remove the ends of the greens and set aside.
6. First, blanch the bok choy in boiling water with salt and cooking oil for 1 minute. This step helps the greens become more vibrant green and prevents them from turning black.
7. Heat oil in a pan.
8. Stir-fry the prepared scallion, ginger, and garlic.
9. Sauté in rice wine until fragrant.
10. Sauté in soy sauce until fragrant.
11. Add the blanched greens and stir-fry evenly.
12. Transfer to a serving dish.
