We're tracking a dust storm rolling into the Valley on Monday, Sept. 1. Rain, dust, wind and more are impacting parts of the Phoenix area.
Parts of the Valley are seeing heavy rain, like Loop 101 and Princess Drive. North Phoenix, near I-17 and Sonoran Desert Drive, is seeing strong winds.
This footage shows weather on the highway, across the desert landscape, and nearing downtown Phoenix.
