|Why do subliminals work better for some people|
This is pure conjecture based on my own experience. I stumbled upon subliminals years ago, but they didn’t work for me back then. I thought they were a scam. Years later, I had severe health issues and had to take hormone therapy and psychiatric medication (SSRI, NDRI). In 2019, I happened to try subliminals again, and I was shocked because subliminals now worked for me immediately. I listened to a height subliminal, and I got noticeably taller by the next morning. I thought it might be a fluke, but every single subliminal worked just as well. I was still skeptical, but slowly my doubts were erased because how other people (even animals, kids, and my family) acted towards me/perceived me changed so drastically. I believe that subliminals work better the healthier you are: hydration, balanced neurotransmitters (dopamine, acetylcholine, serotonin, norepinephrine, etc), hormonal balance (testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, etc), underlying health conditions under control (ex: taking proton pump inhibitors for GERD). When I have a health flare, I notice that the subliminals don’t work. But after my body recovers, the subliminals work again

I personally find that subliminals are much more powerful if I include the name of the listener in the affirmation (ex: I feel extremely confident vs. John Doe feels extremely confident). Anything that personalizes the affirmations specifically to the listener makes the subliminal more powerful (including: your full name, phrases that are significant to you, exactly what you want, etc.). If enough people are interested in getting personalized subliminals made, I may consider setting up a payment system just for personalized subliminals
