Halo 5 in Your Chrysler Pacifica | Using an Xbox in your Minivan

We love seeing what car tech is capable of, and we're always excited when a vehicle like this 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited comes along with a nice rear entertainment system, despite it's near $60,000 MSRP. The rear screens, like most, offer HDMI input along with a proper house-outlet behind the centre-row seating. We wanted to see what the Chrysler Pacifica's rear entertainment system was capable of, by playing our Xbox on it.

Quite impressively, the Pacifica's rear entertainment screens support 720p video through the HDMI input, allowing us to connect our Xbox One S and power it up. Unlike some other vehicles, the power is sufficient to run the One S and output to the monitors in the back. Since there are two HDMI inputs, it would be possible to run two theoretically and play multiplayer, but our demonstration is with just one console.

Setup was super easy also, without having to change any of the settings on the Xbox One S nor on the Pacifica, we were able to jump right into our game of Halo 5 and display it on the three screens found throughout the Pacifica.
