The Cheat Device Remastered plugin for PPSSPP emulator (regardless if it's the free or paid version (PPSSPP Gold)) works just fine for my Android smartphone Vivo Y19s, as well as on Vivo Y11 and Oppo A57 (2023). It's also compatible with Apple phones and tablets.
