I know these videos don't ever do so well in the algo (read: not a gym video with any sort of clickbait), but damn this is what climbing is all about for me and my friends. Raging outside, getting after it, planning big objectives, scrambling to make it all work, sharing the psych. And if you're wondering about my injury, we're getting there. This is from a pre-injury time. My next video will be more in the current timeline (dealing with my wrist injury, training around it, etc). And fingers crossed that soon I will have a comeback video too! But yeah. Currently injured AF. Wish I could be the healthy strong girl I was in Skaha 💔 Soon 🥺
