4-rotor Mazda rotary engines simply don't exist. While Mazda did build a magnificent three-rotor, which was fitted to a JDM luxury car, the only 4-rotors every built by Mazda were for their racing division, becoming the first rotary engine to win Le Mans.

And so if you want one of these incredible engines, you have to build one yourself. This is not an easy task, and the father and son team who envisioned and pursued this build have been working on it for nearly 4 years.

They were kind enough to let our video guy, Ciro De Siena, get behind the wheel, and what you're about to watch is Ciro concentrating very hard on giving this wild car back to them in one piece.
