Martyr's family asked to prove nationality

That's the Shocker that the Army has given to an army man!!

Capt Sunil Kumar Choudhary who took a mission against ULFA, terrorists hiding inside the house started firing indiscriminately and ran outside in a bid to escape, He attached and killed 2 Terrorists while one escaped to the forest. Despite of the pierced bullet on the Left Chest, while losing blood quickly, he chased the third terrorist who had entered the forest and shot him on a face to face encounter. He was already on ULFA's hitlist as he encountered 2 other terrorists in the previous year and was awarded SENA medal on the republic day. This incident happened on the very next day after getting the SENA Medal.

'Father, do I make you feel proud of me ?'
Those were Captain Sunil's last words to his father.

But when it had came to the claims, the army asked his father to prove that Capt Sunil Kumar Choudhary is an Indian or not!! Absolute De-moralising for the entire Defence Personnel. A shame fot the Nation!!

How could they take him to the force if he is not an Indian??

How could they give him SENA Medal for his previous mission if he is not an Indian???

According to Government rules and regulations a person who leaves India for employment abroad and continues to stay beyond 180 days is given the status of NRI. The government questions the nationality of a soldier who laid down his life for his country which is more than enough to prove that he is THE TRUE INDIAN!!

Who is there to get justice for these Martyr Families??
