Not often seen in the Star Wars universe, the lower levels of Coruscant are a fascinating (albeit dystopian) place of interest in Star Wars lore. Receiving no sunlight from the upper levels of planet, the streets below are entirely lit by artificial lights as they bathe in a neon glow.

In this video you will be put you right down in to the grime and grit of those lower city streets that span the surface of the Coruscant underworld. I hope you enjoy these 9 different scenes, accompanied by music from a variety of Star Wars video games....just be sure to have a blaster at your side!

This video was filmed in Star Wars Outlaws in the city of Mirogana. Although it is technically not Coruscant, the city of Mirogana was heavily inspired and modeled after the lower levels of Coruscant. Other interpretations of the lower levels (such as in Jedi Survivor and SWTOR) are both very barren by their game design, and didn't fit the video I was trying to make...the lower levels of Coruscant are very well populated by all different types of people after all! With a few adjustments to the lighting, tone, and color grading of these scenes, I felt this was the best representation of Coruscant, even if the video wasn't shot there. I hope you enjoy it regardless!
