It’s 1997, and Mixx Entertainment has been teasing something to its readers. Its magazine, MixxZine, published Naoko Takeuchi’s manga Sailor Moon in North America. And, at the end of the year, they had some interesting news to share. According to Stuart “Stu” Levy, the company’s CEO, they were trying to get Naoko Takeuchi to make an appearance at next year’s San Diego Comic-Con International, which was going to take place between August 13-17 in 1998.
