Johnny Depp is making a grand comeback in Paramount’s new supernatural drama “Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol.”
Directed by Ti West (Pearl, X, MaXXXine), the film reimagines Charles Dickens’ classic ghost story set in Victorian London.
Depp portrays the infamous miser Ebenezer Scrooge, haunted by the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come.
The screenplay was written by Nathaniel Halpern, with Emma Watts producing.
This marks Depp’s biggest studio project since his 2022 legal battle, and expectations are sky-high.
“Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol” opens in theaters on November 13, 2026.
