This recipe was super quick and easy and turned out better than fantastic. It was my 1st time frying a turkey wing and this time I added an element of surprise by using mustard, golden yellow mustard. Try this quick southern comfort, southern delicious fried turkey wing recipe today:

Recipe:
2 pounds turkey wings
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 tablespoon lawrys
2 cups flour (for dredge)
1 tables garlic salt
1/2 reaspoon black pepper

•Preheat Canola cooking oil to 280 degrees. after 7 minutes reduce heat to 370°.
•Massage seasonings into skin of turkey
add seasonings to two cups of flour
•Massage mustard onto seasoned turkey wings until completely cover. Let sit at room temperature for 25-20 minutes
•place mustard covered turkey wings in dredge , shake excess flour or leave. that's your preference.
,•place in freezer for 7 mins.
place in 370°
•fry for 4-6 minutes on each side intermittently for a total of 20 mins.

*If you have a deep Fryer. Fry for 15 minutes lifting out of the oil every 4 minutes.
