60/40 Skateboards was started by Mark Gonzales after parting ways with his newly formed ATM Click. Mark built up 60/40 with help from Ron Chatman who continued to guide the brand after Mark's departure in 1996. Other 60/40 riders included Joey Suriel, Fabian AlomarJay Stephens, Gino Perez, George Morales, Steven Cales, Florentine Marfaing, John Deago, Doug Diaz, and others.
Oh, they also had the best 411VM commericals out and pre-dated the weird mash-up culture we live in today, by about 20 years.
