✨ Beginning to blend to read CVC words
✨ Beginning to segment CVC words to be able to spell them
✨ Recognise some ‘tricky’ or ‘red’ words on sight for example, I, the, to, go, no, so
✅ TOP TIP: Once our children are super confident with recognising phase 2 and 3 sounds, they’re able to then concentrate on blending to read and spelling CVC words
