These are the days after my massive cheatday!
I get a lot of questions on what i do after binging or a massive cheatday. And my answer always is ''get back to your normal daily routine'' and that is basically it. I show you exactly what i do the days after the cheat, and it is nothing special.
As you can see in the video i gained 7kg in one day, i was 78.2kg on the day of the cheat (in the morning) and 85kg (in the morning) the day after the cheat.
Most people would stress or freak out on gaining weight after a cheatday or binge day.. But i would recommend not even stepping on the scale because it is not even necessary to know your weight. Off course you will gain some weight (fat) after a calorie surplus that is normal. But there is no chance in the whole wide world you can gain in my case 7kg of fat in one day.. NOOO WAAY!!
And that is what i wanna show with this video. That the weight gain is mostly water weight that you have gained. Because you had a lot of carbs the days before your body will hold a lot of water... Before i get any hate, yeah i know it is not all water that you have gained (would be awesome tho) but mostly IS WATER!! Let's say 80% water 20% fat, which still is a high amount of fat!!
Again no need to stress about it. So my main tip on what to do after a cheatday is DRINKING WATER, drinking a ton of water and lower your calories. By drinking a ton of water, you will flush out more water. And by lowering you calories you will balance out you weekly calorie intake. Try and have a average daily intake combining the cheatday and the deficit days.. Check out the video on how i do that!
I know it is a lot of talking, but hopefully it was some what usefull. Get this question a lot, how to recover from a binge. And this is my answer!!!
