Описание: Atty. Erap debunks the statements made by a DepEd Official in a meeting streamed over Youtube that private schools are allegedly prohibited from withholding credentials of students with unsettled financial obligations by existing DepEd policy. Atty. Erap reiterated DepEd's own policy which provides the opposite. Atty. Erap asked the DepEd officials involved to correct their statements.
