It is fall, and the tree has shot hole disease which is a bacterial or fungal disease. Because it is fall the leaves are about done with their work and will fall off soon anyway. Make sure you pick up and dispose of the leaves when they fall to reduce the disease pressure next year. Next year you probably do not need to spray. These leaf diseases usually do not do enough damage to hurt the tree.
