In this video, I calculate the distance (in the x direction) traveled by the projectile. I also review trigonometry and I go over the equations that I use for this problem. Lastly, I demonstrate how to solve a quadratic equation using calculator TI-36X Pro.
This problem is important if you are taking the FE civil, mechanical, other disciplines or if you are just taking dynamics class.
