• Specialised Libraries: There are dedicated sections like Children’s Library, Business Library, Periodicals Library, Map & Atlas Library, and more across its multiple floors. 
• Treasures Exhibition (Museum-like): On the 7th floor is “Treasures of the Library”, a permanent exhibition with rare and ancient manuscripts, books and historical artifacts, including significant manuscripts dating back to the 13th century. This exhibition gives it a museum quality within the library. 
• Cultural & Event Spaces: There’s also a large theatre (550+ seats), spaces for temporary exhibitions, events, lectures, and cultural programmes.

• Opening Hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–9 PM, Friday 2 PM–9 PM, Sunday closed. 
• Entry & Tickets: No entrance fee to visit the library and most exhibitions. Some special events or programmes may require booking. 
• Location & Transport: It’s in Al Jaddaf near the Creek Metro Station (Green Line), and easily reachable by taxi, bus, metro + short walk. 
• Dress Code & Rules: Visitors are asked to wear appropriate clothing (shoulders and knees covered). Flash photography and commercial use of images are restricted.
