Bread slices (Panini bread or any thick bread)

Butter – 2 tbsp

Cheese slices – 2

Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp

Boiled chicken (shredded) – ½ cup (optional for chicken version)

Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ cup

Onion (thinly sliced) – ¼ cup

Tomato (thinly sliced) – ¼ cup

Black pepper – ¼ tsp

Salt – to taste

Oregano / Italian herbs – ¼ tsp

1. Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix chicken (optional), mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Add veggies and mix well.

2. Assemble the Panini:
Butter both bread slices. Spread the mixture evenly, add cheese slices, and close the sandwich.

3. Grill the Panini:
Heat the grill or tawa. Grill both sides until golden brown and crispy.
