FF9 - Star-Crossed Lovers [Folk-Cinematic Cover] by Matness

Описание: 10 years ago I started this channel and the Final Fantasy songs were a crucial part of this journey. Songs, styles, genres varied but these cover songs always stayed the same. Especially the over the top percussion, screaming medieval instruments and hundreds of handclap layers. This song is nothing else, that's what I love, that's what I'll always do. Yet it has some new aspects of it's own.

This is "Star-Crossed Lovers", some may know it as "Bittersweet Romance". It's an ode to my older Final Fantasy cover songs. It's also a part of the new EP "Tribal Hearts" among with: A Place To Call Home (The Place I'll return To Someday), Not Alone (You're Not Alone) and Rose of May. All three of the old songs have very subtle EQ changes, to fix SOME of the bad frequencies, but without ruining the original vibe. But nonetheless, I just wanted to say thank you with this upload for everybody who enjoyed these songs over the years, thanks!

As much as I would like to license all of my covers, it would be very expensive and rapidly ramping the cost per month to obtain the licenses. The cover songs don't have enough plays to carry them on their own (FF7 Aerith's theme and FF7 Main theme for example) and this release will be same, to be honest here. Just tell me for now if you would like a certain song on your favorite music streaming service and I see what I can do!
