The SKF TKSA 41 is one of the most popular laser shaft alignment tools in the SKF lineup. This wireless shaft alignment system is designed to make the alignment process extremely easy no matter your experience level.

The TKSA 41 shaft alignment system includes two wireless measurement units featuring large detectors powerful lasers. Also included is a touchscreen display unit which helps guide you through each shaft alignment you perform. Both the measurement units and display unit are totally wireless which not only improves instrument handling but also allows for alignment of difficult to reach applications from a safe position.

The TKSA 41 also features automatic measurements which allow for hands-free alignments by detecting the head position and taking a measurement when the heads are rotated into the right position. Automatic reports can also be generated after each alignment - these can be customized with notes and pictures, and each report can be exported as a PDF. Also included on the TKSA 41 is a "free measurement" mode which allows alignment measurements to start at any angle and finish with an angular sweep of just 90°.

To perform an alignment with the TKSA 41, all you need to do is take a few basic measurements and input them into the device's wireless display unit. The display unit will then prompt you on what to do next. Once all your measurements are taken, the display unit will then show you exactly where on your unit to shim.
