Ingredients:
Strawberry Layer:
1 cup strawberries, rinsed and trimmed
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 cup Ice
Mango Lemonade Layer:
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice, about 4 lemons
1.5 cups water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups frozen chopped mango
1 cup ice
Instructions:
1. In a small pot over medium-low heat, combine water, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and allow it to cool in the fridge.
3. In a blender, combine the strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and ice. Blend until well combined. Pour the mixture into another cup while you make the frozen mango lemonade.
4. Rinse the blender and add the frozen mango, ice, and the cooled lemonade. Blend until well combined.
5. Layer the frozen mango lemonade mixture with the frozen strawberry mixture until the cup is filled.
6. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy!
