What is a COP?

Описание: A COP or a Conference of the Parties is defined as the highest-level decision-making body of a multilateral environmental agreement. It is where countries that are Parties to an environmental treaty (such as on climate change or biodiversity) meet to decide how to better achieve their goals and coordinate their efforts.
