“We’re catching people before they ever start," President Trump said Friday when asked about the thwarted plot.

Details about the suspects' arrest and the potential attack have not yet been released.

The arrests over the potential attack are tied to international terrorism, according to a top federal law enforcement official who told Fox News.


According to a post by Sebastian Gorka, Deputy Assistant to President Donald Trump, Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi disputed a “Jihadi terror plot in Detroit.”
