GeeeTech I3 ProC - Dual Extruder ?

Описание: My newly self built 3D printer. I purchased it from Banggood with good results in shipping and packing quality. They have very poor customer service. The GT2560 board on this Printer burned up while making this video. I replaced it twice and Extruder 2 never worked again even when all the Stepsticks were replaced. This is the first run of printing with a dual extruder and things went quite well. It has sturdy construction and I chose this model especially because it doesn't have ANY 3D printed parts on the Axis rails. However, the X-Axis drive belt bracket was sent to me in PLA plastic which quickly melted and caused the belt to fall off. So, if once you have this printer built it is wise to make your first print an ABS copy of the X-Axis belt bracket which will last.

This printer is fast and runs very quietly. I'm using a .2mm nozzle and 1.75mm filament. I can achieve very small detail in small objects accurately.

I actually printed parts in FLEXIBLE PLA with ease using an insert to the extruder I downloaded from Thingiverse

I think GeeeeTech is hiding the fact that it false advertised the dual printing head because using it and a 5V fan with the heated bead, dual Z axis motors, etc.........it can't handle it. So what you're paying for and it does work great is a 3D printer that can only ACTUALLY USE ONE EXTRUDER ! Otherwise the GT2560 controller card heats up and smokes at the power connector on the board. I never finished printing the part in this video and I'm still going back and forth with GeeeTech. UPDATE-4_22_2016 GeeeTech now just ignores me about the issue all together. I plan on operating this printer with 2 extruders again using the Rambo 1.3 All-in-One 3D printer controller kit. Until then I have lots to print on the one extruder.
