Описание: I just posted this for the benefit of a friend because it was too big to send via email, if anyone else finds it interesting then that is a bonus. This is from roughly 2010. I'm not the greatest at transferring but this is pretty much how I transfer out of my wheelchair into bed. I have a spinal injury at level C4/5/6 after a spinal cord tumour operation in 2003 so now I am tetraplegic (quadriplegic if you're American). My right tricep does not function at all and my left tricep is about 33%.
