Odisha +2 Exam 2026 Begins Today | 4.16 Lakh Students Appear, AI Surveillance for First Time

Описание: ଆଜିଠୁ ଯୁକ୍ତ ଦୁଇ ପରୀକ୍ଷା। କଳା, ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷାରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବେ ମୋଟ ୪ଲକ୍ଷ ୧୬ଶହ ୨୩ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ। କଳା ବିଭାଗରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ୫୬ ହଜାର ୭୦୭ ଜଣ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେବେ।

The +2 (Higher Secondary) examinations have begun across Odisha today under the supervision of the Council of Higher Secondary Education Odisha.

A total of 4,16,623 students are appearing for the exams in Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational streams.

Arts: 2,56,707 students

Commerce: 24,621 students

Science: 1,14,363 students

Vocational: 5,932 students

The exams are being conducted at 1,357 centers across the state and will continue till February 28 in 23 sittings. The examination timing is from 10 AM to 1 PM.

For the first time, AI surveillance has been introduced to monitor the examination management hub. If any unauthorized person enters the hub, an instant alert will be sent to headquarters. A 24-hour control room has been set up at the CHSE office.

Strict security measures have been implemented:

Strong rooms will have a single-entry system with grill gates.

Police deployment inside and outside hubs.

Two-layer security checks before students enter centers.

Mobile phones must be deposited before entering the exam hall.

Question paper packets will reach centers by 8:30 AM and will be opened in the presence of officials and district representatives.

Students leaving early will not be allowed to take question papers outside.

The board has ensured all preparations for a fair and disciplined examination process.
