My father and I built this in 1994 for a fun project for us to do. At the time it was built my father lived in a resort where everyone drove golf carts to get around. He thoroughly enjoyed getting around the resort in this vehicle. First gear is a perfect speed for parades. This Oldsmobile has won ribbons for its uniqueness. It has a top speed of 15 mph and you would be surprised to see how well it handles hills and rough terrain. Because it is home built it has no title or vehicle identification numbers.
As a bonus, the rumble seat can accommodate small children when they sit with their legs crossed.
