Mountain Biking Dragon's Back - White Ridge Trails - Albuquerque, NM

Описание: Mountain biking the Dragon's Back trail is a unique experience for a senior citizen like me. It's not really that difficult of a trail other than some of the exposure and climbing. It is truly unique though and I would highly recommend it. Dragon's Back is located to the northwest of Albuquerque in the White Ridge Trail system. There are a lot of various lines that people use but the main was is pretty obvious and is fun. The only real downside to riding Dragon's Back is that you have to climb back out. It's not a huge issue and it actually went fairly quick. The bonus is that you at least have a nice fast decent back to the parking lot which is primarily double track. I added some of my drone footage at the end which is pretty cool, IMO. I need to find more places to fly my drone for sure!

A big shout out to Wade and Kim for letting me tag along with them as it's always fun to share the experience with someone else. As mentioned, the trail is located about 20 miles or so to the northwest of Albuquerque, NM. Rio Rancho has some nice Airbnbs in the area as well. I was heading to Sedona the next morning anyhow so it worked out nicely. I hope you enjoyed riding along. I didn't talk as much as it was truly a breathtaking area and the drone footage at the end didn't have sound so I voiced over my closing.
