It was my second attempt at making a heat treat oven, this time I decided to make it more powerful. Used better isolation materials and made thicker heating coils. Results of this combination is that this oven reaches 800°C in less than 7 minutes, for comparison previews one needs for almost 3 hours.

Main material list:
Aerated concrete 600 kg/m3
IFB 23 Bricks
Mortar Silcas M
Kanthal A1 wire (1,2mm, 10m)
Thermocouple type k
Fuse 16A
Transmit G7
SSR 25
Performance:
800°C (1472°F) → 6.38 minutes
900°C (1652°F) → 10.10 minutes
1000°C (1832°F) → 15.45 minutes
1100°C (2012°F) → 25.09 minutes
