Koichi Tosaka, the third-generation tea farmer, chose a different path.Instead of maximizing yield, he chose to align his work with nature’s cycle.

長崎県東彼杵町で、70年以上続く東坂茶園。
三代目・東坂幸一は、収量を追い求める道ではなく、「自然の循環に沿う」という選択をした。
農薬は使わない。化学肥料も使わない。土壌が本来のバランスを取り戻すまでに、5年という時間をかけた。
この映像は、後ろめたくないお茶をつくるという覚悟を追うドキュメント。
