In this seminar, we will study and compare 5 different condo concentrated areas in Toronto:
North York (Yonge & Sheppard)
Mid Town (Yonge & Eglinton)
Central Downtown (Yonge & College)
Downtown Entertainment District (King & John)
Downtown East (Dundas & Parliament)
The topics we will look at for each of the areas include:
The average sales price for each unit type (studio, 1 bed, 1+den, 2 bed)
The average number of days it takes to sell a unit
The average rent for each unit type
The average number of days it takes to rent out a unit
The most popular unit type
Existing neighbourhood infrastructure (transit, schools, grocery stores, restaurants etc)
New infrastructure under construction/planned that will contribute to the growth potential of the neighbourhood
At the end of the seminar, you will have a good understanding of the statistics and characteristics of each of the areas and it should help you select the neighbourhood that fits into your very own investment goals.
